Practical workshop
WMS: Logistics automation, uses for simulations and AI
We’ll be transferring our practical experience from automation projects – experience running simulations and making use of artificial intelligence. Data contains a true treasure, and so we’ll be acquainting you with new possibilities for data evaluation, optimisation and reporting. What new benefits are brought by the new version of Aimtec DCIx in the area of warehousing and logistics? What does the new improved scanner and touch terminal interface look like? At the WMS workshop, you’ll learn all this and more.

MES: Interconnecting and managing production as one whole
Aimtec DCIx is able to interconnect and control screwdrivers and other machines, devices and parts, and operators too, all in real time. We know their positions, tasks and parameters and can ensure that every operation is done right. We’ll show it all to you at our workshop. We will be presenting reporting in all of its forms – both real-time and in-app – as well as analytical reports in BI. One integral part of the manufacturing process is quality. And so we will be speaking to you for example about how the “Four Eyes Principle” is applied.
A shared afternoon
Your vision and the IT strategy for your enterprise. How can we help to move them forward?
Our vision for Aimtec DCIx is to bring you the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to the changes that are surging towards you. In the end, features are just features. We want our product to provide you a solution that’s sustainable, secure and modern both today and tomorrow. We offer a solution as a service and also the option to handle things on your own. At the same time, we see the architecture of all of your IT systems as a component-based architecture in which every system is cleverly integrated into a single functional ecosystem, yet it can also be developed in isolation.
New features in Aimtec DCIx version 8
What fundamental system changes have we rolled out, and what’s on the horizon? What’s visible on your dashboard? What’s under the hood? We’re striving to offer a faster and more accessible solution than ever, and so we’re modernising our architecture and changing the frameworks that power Aimtec DCIx. We’ve shifted to Data Warehouse and Power BI and wrapped the whole application into interfaces – APIs. We’ll be speaking about the Angular platform, the use of AI and Copilot for faster code production and more. And that’s just a small taste of what you’ll learn at the seminar.
Aimtec & Zebra Technologies: Digitalisation at every step
Zebra Technologies’ digital solutions offer effective tools for everyone. Get to know their latest features, such as the very first 5G for warehouses and production halls, unbeaten scanning range and the smallest and lightest wearable scanner out there on the market.
Automating the central warehouse at DŘEVO TRUST
Libor Toman, a member of the Board of Directors at the DŘEVO TRUST wood retailing chain, will be sharing his experiences with warehouse automation at two distribution centres. What did this company decide to automate, what were their initial expectations, how did they choose individual technologies and what obstacles did they face? And would they do anything differently if they had to implement a similar project again?
Online and analytical reporting at DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH
How should you work with data from the shop floor and other sources? How can you display the data to different user groups, and how can you deal with requirements for swift responses without overloading your information system? David Svoboda and Jiří Šimera from DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH in Liberec will be answering these questions and more.
