Details to the new addresses
Address change reflects a new relationship between Zebra and CTDI (Communications Test Design, Inc.). CTDI has been a leading equipment repair supplier since 1975. Zebra Technologies is working hard to make this operational change uncomplicated.
Important repair information:
- The logistic partner of Zebra will hand over your devices to a new location.
- All repairs must be approved by Zebra and must have an RMA.
- The collection point address will be provided with each RMA.
- Always use the instructions provided by Zebra with your Repair Order.
- Please discard all pre-printed old address labels.
- The repaired devices may be temporarily shipped from a previous location within the next few months.
- The device pickup process that is covered by the relevant Zebra OneCare™ services stays unchanged.
- There are no changes to shipping addresses for printer repairs.
- Direct delivery by customer is not possible. Shipments must be delivered to a collection point.
