Aimtec has aid in its DNA, so it was only natural for it to approach its 25th year a bit untraditionally. Its employees chose 25 charity projects where they wanted to help – one for each year that Aimtec has been around. Every employee could contribute through either volunteer work, donations or their experience and skills. Read all about the projects that captured our hearts.

Zebra Technologies has awarded Aimtec with a $5,000 charitable donation, which will be contributed to an Alzheimer’s endowment. In celebration of its thirtieth anniversary as a public company and the fifth anniversary of the award-winning Zebra® PartnerConnect program, Zebra invited its members to share their stories about how they are supporting front-line heroes. Aimtec was one of the six winners selected by a panel of judges this month.

Practical experience, case studies, the latest technologies, and a place for production, logistics and IT experts from the European automotive sector to meet and debate – that’s the Trends in Automotive Logistics conference. This year’s TAL, coming to Pilsen on 21 September, is organised by Aimtec in cooperation with IHK Regensburg and DTIHK.

25 years have gone by since Aimtec’s founding.

It celebrated its tenth birthday on a train, its fifteenth in a tram and its twentieth in the style of the 1920s. But for its latest birthday, Aimtec is travelling a different path. For each year that this company – founded in 1996 by Jaroslav Follprecht and Roman Žák – has been in business, it is preparing to help in a place where it’s needed the most.

The Office of the Year competition – now in its fifth year – organised by the Prochazka & Partners consulting agency has revealed the winners for the most impressive office spaces of last year. Aimtec has won the prize for the best regional office, i.e. one located elsewhere than in Prague, placing the company side-by-side with such major-player winners as Fortuna, FTV Prima and Jägermeister. An expert jury made up of leading office-market experts selected the winners.

Jaroslav Follprecht and Roman Žák have won the regional round of the 2020 EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition for the Pilsen Region. The expert panel emphasised the perseverance, vision and hard-working nature of Aimtec’s founders and owners, who have managed to transform these traits into innovative digital solutions for their customers, domestically and abroad. The pair have also earned attention by successfully building up a company that succeeds while staying socially responsible.
