The American non-profit organization IEOM hosted the third European Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Conference with experts from over 50 countries around the world. On the occasion of the gala evening on 25 July 2019 personalities were awarded for their contribution to society, industry and education.

Aimtec is launching a new Industry 4.0 content hub
23 July marks precisely 23 years since Aimtec’s founding. The company has decided to celebrate this anniversary with the launch of its new AIMagazine content hub for experts from the manufacturing, logistics and industrial IT. It is thereby tying in to the tradition of the print AIMagazine that it has published since 2002. It now wishes to bring digital to the fore.

Aimtec is changing its SAP division management
Jan Kratochvil will lead the SAP division at Aimtec from 1 July. He has been with the company for twelve years, he was also at the root of the creation of the SappyWMS product. Now he will coordinate the operations for the entire department, which specializes in the implementation and development of all SAP ERP solutions for manufacturing and logistics companies. The department has ahead the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the development of cloud solutions. Jan is replacing Halka Kračmerová in his new role, who has decided to leave the management of the division but will continue as a Senior Business Consultant.
