Autoneum is a leader in acoustic and thermal insulation for passenger and freight vehicles. 64,000 insulation units are produced for these vehicles every day at its Czech plant in Choceň. To synchronise the people and machines in its production plan – a plan with dozens of operations and capacity constraints – the production process must be fine-tuned perfectly.
