The Czech company TRCZ is a subsidiary of the Japanese concern Tokai Rika, one of the world’s largest automotive parts manufacturers. This plant, constructed in 2003 near Losovice in the north-west of the Czech Republic produces multifunctional controllers, seatbelts and similar products.
In cooperation with Aimtec, it has launched EDI communication with its customers and introduced a Just In Time system for managing call-offs, with integration into its ERP. A WMS was deployed for the supervision of pallet logistics, as well as a solution for processing call-offs and preparing the shipping of goods based on individual customers’ requirements.
