Magna manufactures plastic components for passenger automobiles. This company has some of the toughest and most complex manufacturing processes in the industry. An Asprova APS advanced planning and scheduling system ensures efficient planning of work with Magna’s injection moulds and painting.

Each of Magna’s Czech plants – in Liberec and Nymburk – has its own specific needs. To meet these needs, it was necessary to consider both the data environment and the planning system itself. Due to the specific requirements of each location, implementing a unified system without essential adjustments was not feasible. Asprova APS, in collaboration with Aimtec Data Intelligence, effectively processes these requirements and takes into account a wide range of production operations and constraints.
